The Remsen Growth Coalition is dedicated to revitalizing and expanding Remsen's commercial, residential, and industrial sectors while enhancing quality of life. By uniting local nonprofit organizations around shared goals and collaborative projects, we strive to foster sustainable growth, strengthen community engagement, and create a thriving future for all.

Our vision is to cultivate a vibrant community where ample outdoor recreation opportunities flourish alongside a bustling downtown filled with diverse businesses. We are committed to fostering an expanding industrial sector that drives economic growth, while a focus on an increase in new housing invites new families to make our community their home. Together, we aim to create a welcoming environment that enhances the quality of life for all residents.

Needs Assessment Survey and Strategic Planning 

To understand the communities wants and needs, RGC will work with University of Northern Iowa's Institute for Decision Making to do a community assessment followed by the development of a strategic plan
